What paperwork do I need to

title to the vehicle. But, if you do not have title papers you
can apply for a replacement title before donating your vehicle.

title in Ohio.
Where do I sign the title before
donating my car in Ohio?

Ohio Title Sample
Right under the mileage area is
the donor's notary section. This area must be completed and
notarized. Next, the charity must acknowledge the mileage as
stated by the donor by filling in his signature and then
printing his name. The donor should make a copy of the front
and back of the assigned title and remove the plates from the
vehicle.
