How soon can you pick up my car?

Accepted Answer

We can usually pick up your car within 48 hours. We will notify you within 24 hours to schedule pickup at a convenient time for you. If you're in a hurry to have your vehicle picked up, just give us a call and we'll make all the arrangements.

Do I need my title?

Accepted Answer

Title laws are different in various states, but we generally will need your title. If you don't have a title, we'll need the registered owner to sign some paperwork for us. We'll help you through the process. It's pretty easy and quick.

Question 3

How much will the tax receipt be?

Accepted Answer

The IRS allows you to deduct the value of your vehicle — either fair market value (up to $500) or the actual sale price if your vehicle sells for more than $500. Your official tax-deductible receipt will be issued by Family Lifelines, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that Cars 4 Christ operates under.

Question 4

Do I need to be present for pickup?

Accepted Answer

No. Some people like to be there to say goodbye to their vehicle, but we can pick up your vehicle even if you aren't there. Just leave the keys and the title in the glove compartment and we'll take it from there.
